[Resolved] Reliance Communications — charging extra amount by the name of activation /advance rental for post paid customer | |||
My service I'd is[protected]. Called customer care to solve the issue. Everytime call get transfer to the seniors who put me on hold for more than 25 mins.. In a day I was out on hold 4 time for more than 25 mins. I am using reliance number since last 4 years. All of sudden RCom had changed the plan without intimating me and asked to pay 600 Rs for giving better plan.. Just for activation of new plan charging 600 rs. Is totally not expectable .. Even after paying my regular bill amount I been be threating by billing department tht if I don't pay 600 rs. Plan activation charge my service will get terminated.
