[Resolved] Reliance Communications — charging extra monthly rent | |||||
Team, My reliance number is [protected] last month the bill generated 886 and my monthly rental plan is 349 and no boddy get confirmation about the new monthly rent and add one extra rent also without take any permission how they can change the plan, i am calling in customer care few times but no buddy can answer properly last night at 12am i am talking with mr. Anshul they dont have any authority to do the work and in night no one any seniour person are available. So i want the waiver of one extra month rental charges and i want getting in waiver confirmation. Give me revert back my number [protected] and mail id is heena. [protected]@gmail.com.
