Reliance Communications — charging for gprs services while having net pack balance

My mob. No. Is [protected], i have activated a net pack of 1 gb 3g data daily for 56 days on[protected]. But even after 12 o'clock at midnight daily company is charging from my main balance for gprs services.

I was having rs. 70.032 as main balance on 08.09.2017 and as on today rs. 33.092 is there. All balance is deducted for gprs services. Yesterday night rs. 34 deducted from my main balance.

and i have tried so many times on 198 and 30333333. recently i have called on toll free [protected] and waited for almost 20 minutes but nobody replied.
