[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cheap tricks by reliance | |||
My name is shraddha and my reliance no is [protected] . I had buyed the sim 1week earlier and the first recharged I had done on it was lapsed... I recharged with rs175 which should give me unlimited 2g data for 28 days on 2nd of august but on the other it got expired and I left with no data... I filed the complaint on 3rd august and was told that it will be resolved within 3days but after three days that is today I again contacted customer care and now they are saying that its been more than 3days so they cannot check the details... This is complete fraud... I want the value for my money that is my lapsed 2g unlimited data with appropriate validity... Was this information helpful? | |||
