I was an user of reliance broadband service but since it's upgradation to 4G I have requested for termination of the connection on 16th July. last month I have received a bill of 1869 which was paid and same was informed to reliance store at GTBNagar Delhi . Today I again I have recieved another bill of 163 stating the rental of my discontinued connection . When I spoke to the customer car that are saying you need to send another request for termination and you will recieve another bill for next month. The present bill is from 27th July to 26th August 2016. I did not used even 1kb since July 16th. Every time I call customer care that say the bill is on prorata basis but since I have not used any data then why should I pay for it. Moreover I have also informed for closure of the connection during the confirmation call from the customer care but now they are denying and saying that I have made no such request. When I went to reliance store and informed about the conversation with customer care they said customer care people lies a lot and they do anything to keep the customer. so in short a customer cannot approach any one during any problem.
I would like to inform you that I will not pay any further bills. Kindly resolve the issue as early as posible. My data card number is [protected]. Hope you will revert me back.
