Reliance Communications — Cheating done against providing refund

Iam Srinivasan ([protected]) from Chennai. I have recharged Rs.402 for getting jio prime on 31 March 2017 around 2 PM through jio.com. After money transaction through net banking, it displayed submitted successfully. I waited few mins I didn't get any sms from jio that my recharge was done.
I went to jio care office at Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai on 31st March 2017 Your jio customer representative checked my number around 2.30 PM and replied recharge not done successfully, advised me to recharge again directly at jio office. Then I called customer care executive around 2.50 PM 31-March -2017 from mobile explained my transaction issue and amount debited from my bank account and not got any sms from jio. The executive in the call also replied the same "recharge not done successfully, advised me to recharge again" I confirmed him regarding my debited amount for that transaction. He replied u will be getting back on your account in 7 working days. As per your representative's advice I recharged again for Rs. 402 by my jio app from my mobile through net banking. As soon I got jio welcome sms that ur recharge done successfully.
From that 31st March 2017 I was waiting for my refund every time each customer care executives giving new reasons. 1st time took complaint

3rd time says complaint not taken properly SR000007SG52
4th time says under process SR000007Y7CF.
Today I called jio care twice they said 1 st transaction made success ur amount was taken for recharge. Then why these many days your customer executives are bluffing at me from the person I met on your office. They didn't work properly for my revolving my issue . Why don't you moniter your employees properly. At last again I called jio care executive responded me and got my both transaction numbers and took a complaint SR000008HQOP. I hope u have all those recordings please listen. Also I have attached my bank statement, call history & 1st transaction page. 2nd transaction page I was checking my statement from my jio app history not found after my app update your representative says under repair.Is hiding my statement is kind of repair?
At last today Jio is saying refund cannot be done on that payment.

I have submitted a complaint on 22 nd April 2017( cheating done against refund) till now the issue not resolved. Daily iam sending a mail to update my status for last 24 days. Iam getting only a system generated reply. Till today my refund is not getting reflected in my account. Jio is simply sending sms that your issue is resolved. I don't know why this Jio peoples are doing like this. I have recharged as per the advice from the customer care representative. As per his confirmation Jio has to provide refund. Why they are behaving like this?
