[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cheating, reliance refuses to disconnect service | |
My reliance pro3 cdma data card number is [protected]. Due to very poor speed and frequent disconnections, i raised a termination request with reliance customer care on[protected]. But, until today, their customer care refused to disconnect the service. Though their cdma network was stopped on[protected], they are continuing to bill me. Reliance is forcibly retaining its customers and ripping them off their money. My services were stopped on august 10th, i won't pay bills generated after august 10. If they try to force me to pay bills for their non existent service. I won't be cheated and i will file a criminal case against reliance communications. People stay away from reliance.
