[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — cheating the customer, i have cheated by the reliance

Kindly note customer care have stated to do the recharge for 1500rs for the plan 847 they comitted they is no bill till december, i have believed i did the reacharge in the month of july 17, there is no dues and suddenly they send the bill for 650, and my phone number outgoing are barried, this is not the way u treat customer, i want to port the numbers without informing me they raised the number cancellation.. This is how u treat customer
