Reliance Communications Chennai — Broadband line not working since 10 days even after several complaints | |||
My name is Faiz Mohideen, Chennai using two Reliance broadband wired line for years. However since two weeks their services become so bad and jeopardised my works. I have been facing this issue regularly. I have made earnest attempt to contact customer care and they keep saying "issue will be resolved shortly". I do not think so. The Local technical team keeps on closing the complaint without even contacting me. Even now they are not responding. Yesterday alone I had registered three complaints, because they keep on closing the complaints, here is the complaint nos .[protected] /[protected] /[protected].
I just came from Head office at Hadows Road Chennai, the at the office says the complaint cannot be resolved and they are planning to vacate the DLC box.
So how come you are assuring to resolve my issue?

Its not resolved you piece of trash, it never worked and it never will. Don't you say it is resolved to your satisfaction. I was told it will take some time, but it was never fixed and you people keep on delaying the process to fix my problem. I have no other option than to terminate the connection you fools.
Even today i had registered complaint, because your pathetic engineers and technicians in my area keeps on closing the complaint without resolving it.
