I called to 59059 from my cell No. [protected] on 6:38 PM, 6:48PM, 6:45 PM, 6:47 PM dated 20th April 2017 for verification of document and there is option to choose the language code No.1 for Marathi language but there is no response for Marathi language And call center person insisted for Hindi language. I ask for Marathi, he again insisted for Hindi even though I told him this call is recorded for safety reason and call was diverted to internet option for twice. I Had call for four time same answer replayed insisting for Hindi even his higher authority person also insisting for Hindi. I told him to complaint regarding this matter, arrogantly he replayed "you may complaint wherever you want''. Now my question what you will do for this type of persons and how I will come to know about this matter.
