[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Company has disconnect my connection no. [protected] after several complaints. | |||
Dear Sir I have used a postpaid connection of reliance i.e [protected] for last 2 years. But from last 2 months I have faced lots of problem from reliance regarding the bill. My plan has change without my information and I have registered lots of complain regarding this. complain no.[protected], 24180500,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] but their is no resolution can be done by anybody. Every time told me that your complain will be resolved within the next 6 hours but their will be no reply or resolution can be done by any executive. When I asked about my complain status every time say that sir you can wait for the resolution but till now their will be no resolution have been done. My connection will be disconnect by the company their will be no incoming call facility available. I am very frustrated due to the connection. I am requested to everyone to not purchase any connection on reliance their are fraud their will be no complain can be accepted their are no such good customer support system. I have also resisted a complaint to reliance Appellate authority Mr.Rahul Tandon but their are no resolution can be done. As per your telephonic conversation with our customer service associate your current bill is not yet generated. Hence request you to wait till your bill gets generated once the bill is generated we will explain the bill in detail post which if you have any dispute in the bill we will be glad to assist you further. As per telephonic conversation with customer service regarding current bill is they said they are not able to adjust my amount which is liable to pay by me. They are help less to help me... after several complains... My no is also disconnect by the company and I have paid the entire bill without using my phones services.
