Reliance Communications — COMPLAIN AGAINST BLOCK THE OUTGOING CALLS

Dear Sir, Greetings!! Yesterday Reliance company executive block my outgoing calls bcoz my last bill is due. the executive message me sir your bill amount is high. Sir you will check my last all months records my all bills are paid. So this is not done i have 13 days to paid the company bill and believe me i don't no how much i will paid because m not received last bill.
