[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Complain against floor manager Jagtar Singh: Mislead,Misguide & finally Misbehave but no resolution

Hello,
I got a phone call from reliance communication as an offer for me. Executive said that if i wish to port my current no. to reliance then i will get same no. along with free unlimited calling to any landline, mobile local or std along with free messages and 15 GB 4G data and after that unlimited data on low speed only by paying Rs.399 monthly rental. when i refuse he said you can take new connection also with similar no. and you will get the same benefits. You have to pay only Rs.300 security which is refundable and also adjusted in your coming bills. Monthly rent remain same Rs. 399.
I agree with new number then he arranged the call from his manager and manger had given me the no. and said he is sending the field executive at my place to deliver the sim and i need to fill the form and submit the required documents. He gave me the similar no that is [protected]. After couple of hr i received the call and i have received the sim. I sign the form on which he has mention my new no as well as my plan that is 399 rental.
the sim has been activated on 21st of June.

Yesterday evening i have received the bill and i got shocked. My bill was more than Rs 600. I called to the customer care and confirmed and i got the answer that my monthly plan is 499 rental instead of 399. Customer care executive said that i have received joint bill from 21 to 26 June & 26 to 26 July. which i have to pay in advance.

I said i need to talk to anyone on senior post so she transfer me to one of the floor manager his name was Mr. Jagtar Singh. He was not ready to listen me, he was not speaking in a professional manner. and not agree to give me the resolution on this although this is not my fault. He was very rude to me over the call said " ji payment to aap ko karni hi pade gi, hum to advance hi lete hai, na to hoi discount milega aur na he koi wave off, na to no. band hoga payment to har haal me advance hi karni padegi...

I am very upset with the service and your policies, this is my first & worst experience with you. I need the resolution as soon as possible. because if i will not get the resolution i won't continue with your network.
