[Resolved] Reliance Communications — complaint about bill of reliance no +91 [protected] | |||
Dear concern, My reliance no +91 [protected]. As per last bill, it shows 1177.02/- But my plan is 499 only. When we contact with rcom care he says 575/- is your advance payment and it will be adjust at when u shutdown plan or change plan postpaid to prepaid. How you take any advance amount without any information or conformation. Tomorrow when we visit noida sector-22 reliance store for change plan postpaid to prepaid, he says i have no any advance amount in your panel. And you have to pay approx. 1500/- for change plan postpaid to prepaid. We already contact with rcom care and we already given more than 10 request regarding same. But rcom care people don’t take any response regarding same. Today means 11th of august is last day to payment last bill.
