As you said charges were valid, It is not the correct explanation of my issue. How can you say that? If it is true just show/send me the detailed report of charges. if you will not do so it simply means you all are making fool to your customers & ofcourse me. As i have talked in your customer care many times about this issue all your executives are talking like illiterate & they also dont have sufficient information of any matter. I have all the recording proofs, if my issue you will not take seriously than i will have to go ahead. this is not the simple saying that the charges were valid and hence the waiver cannot be processed for the same.As it is clearly seeing my detailed complaint above, Same Explanation detailed report i needed not in a single line, i want written proof with detail so that i could understand the Relience Communication Charges deduction Policy. I think Everything is clear so please resolve truely because you can not make fool to everyone.
