[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Complaint against balance deduction & worst response from customer care

This is the Enquiry and Complaint Mail that i have send the Concern Reliance Telecom Gujarat Region Concern Department But They not answered and Customer care is not ready to help me out. Dear Mr. Sudhir Bahaduri, MySelf Prashant Srivastava Contacting you by mail because of some genuine reson. So I request you to please look into the matter carefully. As I believe RIM is the best telecom Company in india ofcourse so i Purchased a New Sim Card Card CDMA No. [protected] from Relience Store Veraval Gujarat on 26/11/2015 in 50 Rupees. In that i got 45 Rupees Main Balance and 250 MB Internet Balance. Suddenly on 01/12/2015 I came to know that My Main Balance is 0.06 Paise Only While My Internet Balance was on that time 5.17 MB. Till date If You Will Check My Internet balance is 1.34 MB is remaining in 250 MB which I Got on New Sim Purchase. So As Per My Information This Should not happen. So I Registered Complaint Two Times In Relience Customer Care for the issue. Complaint No. are As[protected] on 1/12/2015 and[protected] on 4/12/2015. they Assured me that Your Refund Amount will be back on respectively 48 and 24 Hours. so I just waited for the amount now i called customer care today they told me that your refund will not be back and complaint has also closed, and reason they are not properly explaning. I am wondering that How it is happening, the peoples who are assest the RIM Customer, has no Proper information and they are making fool to customers and Ofcourse RIM too. It is not my mistake that you are not properly maintaining your records. if the problem in your portal then change/modified the System. I Just want that Please look into the matter seriously and refund My balance totally Immediately as I am elgible for the refund. If You will not do so reply me in written with reason and i will go into Forums As i have all the proofs of matters ie Messages, Call Records and Your Complaints references. As you said charges were valid, It is not the correct explanation of my issue. How can you say that? If it is true just show/send me the detailed report of charges. if you will not do so it simply means you all are making fool to your customers & ofcourse me. As i have talked in your customer care many times about this issue all your executives are talking like illiterate & they also dont have sufficient information of any matter. I have all the recording proofs, if my issue you will not take seriously than i will have to go ahead. this is not the simple saying that the charges were valid and hence the waiver cannot be processed for the same.As it is clearly seeing my detailed complaint above, Same Explanation detailed report i needed not in a single line, i want written proof with detail so that i could understand the Relience Communication Charges deduction Policy. I think Everything is clear so please resolve truely because you can not make fool to everyone.
