Reliance Communications — complaint against illegally main account balance deduction

My account balance of mobile no. [protected] has been deductate by the company without any reason.My mobile no.[protected] was a ammount of rs.55. on 25/08/2017 my balance left rs 19. This balance was dedudctated without any reason from my account . Now on 27/08/2017 i recived a call from a number for activation of a service. I have been told to press a button for my confirmation, I did not press any key but the service was activated automatically and my balance reached at rs. 0.I have been cotinue trying to call on customer care no. *333 and 198 but my call is not connecting to the officers .So i am requesting you to please tell me that why has my balance been deducted .

I have been told to press a button for my confirmation, I did not press any key but the service was activated automatically and my balance reached at rs. 0.I have been continue trying to call on customer care no. *333 and 198 but my call is not connecting to the officers .So i am requesting you to please tell me that why has my balance been deducted ?
