Reliance Communications — Complaint against number port | |||||
Dear reliance team, Please look out this matter because i am very frustrated from the service of your reliance distributor i port my number in 28 of january 2017 my number was start but once verification is negative then my number was closed so i called to distributor and but didn't reply from distributor side. So i reached at distributor point which is 40km of my residential location then he told me after verification your number will start but my verification is done at 23rd of march 2017 but still my number is not active now i called to distributor he didn't receive my call. It is not possible that every time i have to go to distributor point so please resolve it. Please team resolve this matter which very important for me as a customer other wise i have only option to complaint in the consumer forum.
