[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — complaint for incorrect data reduction

i recharged my no. [protected] with Rs.74 internet pack on 14th sept...which gives 1 gb 3g internet for 10 days...i had 500 mb data left in my account yesterday night but now (19th sept) no data is there...i had my data connection off...so i didn't downloaded anything and no background apps could use the data connection...it is just 5 days when i recharged my phn... i tried to call 198 but to worsen the situation my no. is blocked there... i want my 500mb data refunded.
