[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint for phone no.[protected] | |||
The receiver of telephone instrument provided is not working.Communication can be done only through speaker.The complaint was lodged on 04/09/2015 for repairs / replacement of phone instrument on priorty.It was assured that the complaint is taken on priorty & will be resolved shortly. Today on 08/09/2015 when I contacted the customer care of Reliance co I am told that Material is not available. My said post paid connection is of approx annual billing of Rs.11000/-and on phone call it is said that I am a priorty customer. Shocking that the priorty customer gets such unimportant care.What will be treatment of normal customer. Will any body in company take care to attend my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
