[Resolved] Reliance Communications — complaint for reckless service | |||
Hello, I was using Reliance 3G broadband no [protected] for quite some time, now there is no network while the bill is increasing.On complaining on special desk Mr Pankaj sharma interaction id :[protected] on 29/jul informed me that within 7 days the problem will be reso;ved and i will be refunded the billed amount so i need not pay the bill.But till date no one from the company has bothered to resolve the compalint.Now every other day some one or the other keeps calling for the payement.The termination was also not done by Mr Pankaj.
