[Resolved] Reliance Communications — complaint for rejecting mobile number portability of [protected] | |||
Dear reliance, I have called your customer care executive to know process of mnp process and he guided me. After giving request to other network provider i visited reliance cdma near by my location. As per instruction they asked me to pay my pending bill dues in advance. My billing cycle was ending on 27th of july. I was getting normal bill of rs.575 every month but i paid rs.600 in advance on 21st of july earlier i have paid rs.575 in advance on 10th of july. You should accepted my port request because i have cleared bill in advance still you guys charged rs.600 some advance rental without my concern for stopping me to port my number. How dare you to active such plan without my concern. When i called customer care for filing complain to stop my portability your customer care executive is not ready to take complain instead she took complain for deactivating my plan. I don't care i just want to port my number. Kindly check and do the needful or i have to take further step. As per my knowledge you are not allowed to reject my portability request i have paid all pending dues in advance also still you rejected my request. I will file complain against your such activity to stop costumer for mnp. I hope you resolve my issue asap. I also forgot to mention you. You helpline no 198, 1909, *222 also useful. Every time when we call and try to speak to customer care executive we have to dial no 10 times. After hearing soon we will transfer your call to executive it gets disconnected. Once my phone connected to some executive named reena rajput she was not ready to take my complaint for rejecting my mnp. Only thing she was saying we have activated some plan and deducted advance rental as you are valuable customer. Valuable customer my foot. Why you deducted such amount without my concern. I have paid my bill in advance still i got sms and bill in which 330rs something is due. What is going on??/ This is very unethical way of doing business because of this worse service i think your stock is also falling like blood. Because no company survive by doing business unethically.
