[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint given was not resolved without usage bill raised | |||
Reliance customer service people called and given the offer for porting numbers, after porting and paid the amount rs. 300per no. Told that the plan is of 399/- for as a special offer we are giving you for 299/-m for a year. Plan details is - 1gb data and unlimited calls to any numbers. But got is different limited calls and only around 300mb data, when i raised the complaint about this in jan 2017 till feb 2017 end issue was not resolved. Whenever i use to call to check about my complaint they use to tell me our team will call you. After many followups, none of them called. Then i removed the sim itself. Later i got the bill of rs. 956/- when i called to the customer care again about this, they are telling we are getting invalid no. So we cannot help on this you contact their stores. Now receiving msgs that summons is sent to your address? Kindly help me on this, what can be done. Was this information helpful? | |||
