Reliance Communications — Complaint Not Resolved yet. | |||
Dear Sir, This is with reference to my reliance postpaid mobile phone number [protected]. Dated 21 November 2013 was allotted with a post paid plan namely RG PPM 399 wherein I was informed that, I would be getting 900 local and STD calling minutes + 500MB 3G data + 500 SMS; for a monthly rental of Rs. 399 only. Dated 9 December, 2013 I have been provided with a unjustified bill of 820 Rs where-under I have been charged under some other plan which I have chosen on my application for postpaid connection. In this regard, dated December 13, 2013 I have made a complaint to reliance customer care vide complaint no. 21341526. Against this complaint I was informed that the said problem of wrong charges of bill amount would be resolved within 4 days. However, in case of no solution and no reply from reliance I again had to call reliance customer care. More then 9 days have been passed but no solution has been provided from reliance. Moreover, I am repeatedly being trouble from various phone calls from reliance executive to pay the said unjustified, wrongly charged amount. I am also being threaten through phone calls that my mobile phone services shall be rocked by reliance in case if I do not pay such unjustified bill before 27 December. In this regard, I have already tried again and again to speak with reliance customer care (Ref No. [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected]) However, no solution has been provided by reliance.
