Reliance Communications — Complaint regarding deduction of main balance | |||||
I was complaining your customer care about how they sent me a text which stated that for rs. 294 I will be getting 2.5 GB 3G data plus 1.5 GB 3G Data more. But they only provided me with 2.5 GB 3g data and while I Was on The phone, they activated a VAS all by themselves which resulted in the deduction of my balance of rs. 75. This is not a professional attitude and I request you guys to return my balance otherwise me and my family will port from reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
