[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint regards your backend team or your exclusive store. | |||
Dear All, Last December I gives a port ([protected]) in request in your Patel Nagar, Delhi's store, but your backend team rejects mine number for portsin in relaince, At Jan 2017 I gives a portin request of mine another number ([protected]) request at your same store, they process mine request but many times again got cancelation from your backend team, then your store executive told me that now your ports code is expire, gives another numbers portin request then I gives another numbers request ([protected]) and next day your backend team ports mine number ([protected] which ports code is expire and get many times cancelation) ports in relaince, then your executive sent a mail that can't ports [protected] number is relaince, but your backend team also ports mine this number, means your backend team's staff or your store staff's mistake ports mine Boths Number in relaince. After ports mine [protected] in relaince, I recharge this number from 199/198 Plan which I got unlimited calls and 1gb 3g net, but yesterday (8th of February/ 2017) I got a msg from your side that your outgoing calls is barried, kindly contact relaince customer care, but I'm unable to contact relaince care, I also visited at your relaince store then she told me that don't Why backend team gonna mad and why they hold your outgoing service, she again mine documents @11:30am and she told me that your number is again actives within 24hours and now 34 hours ago still can't actives mine outgoing service, many times I call to your nodel officer they told me kindly submit your documents at reliance store which is already submitted, . Is this type of service did you provides to your customers? Noone helps me, not your Outlets executive, not your customer care, not your nodel officer. Was this information helpful? | |||
