[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Connection is not working at all | |||||
Hi, Subscriber id:[protected] I'm not getting internet connection properly from last month. Only 3 days the connection was there. Afterwards again same situation. Have raised plenty of complaints and talk to the customer care people. When i call the customer care people, they will say that we have raised ticket sir it will take 24 hours to resolve. After that no solution nothing. Bakwas people and worst service i have ever seen. Fed up of this worst service. Till now no technical team called me about the resolution. When the payment due date comes, keep on calling and tortured me all the time. After payment done, no connection exists. I'm fully frustrated about this service.
