Reliance Communications — Connection not terminated on time
Hi Team, I had terminated my Reliance Broadband Netconnect (Data Card) postpaid connection (Subscriber number: [protected])on 24-Mar-2014 by raising a request (ref:[protected] via e-Chat. I was told in the chat that the connection would be suspended within 7 days and it will be terminated within 15 days. I have also paid my final outstanding dues (Rs. 381) for the month of April 2014. However, I have now got a bill for the month of May stating 'Monthly rental' charges. When I enquired the customer care, I was told that my connection is STILL in suspended state and not yet terminated. They are advising me to pay the bill (for the month of May for which I have not used the service) post which my connection will be terminated. The issue here is they delayed terminating my connection and now they are asking me pay the monthly charges. Process is not followed here properly for which am suffering now. I have decided not to pay the outstanding amount since there is no fault at my end. Requesting you to look into this issue and do the needful. Regards, Surendar Was this information helpful?
