I hereby request you to terminate my reliance 3g mobile broadband no. [protected] (Relationship no.[protected] w. E. F. 7th october, 2017. I did not use this connection after 6th october, 2017 as the bill for the period of 27th august, 2017 to 26th september, 2017 could not be paid through either reliance mobile store (A. B. Telecom, belgharia) or reliance communications franchisee (K. M. Enterprises, sodepur).
