[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Continuation o[censored]nauthorised charges even after complaining | |
I have made complaint for unauthorised charges being deducted from voice balance maintained with the company. They are charging for the so called services which I don't know which service the company is giving and what is the purpose of that unwanted service. I received a call asking me to provide my bank details so that the amount can be deposited to the bank account. Here I could not understand when they are deducting from voice balance, why they can not give credit in that account. Last time in March 2017 the unauthorised charges were reimbursed by way of crediting in the voice balance amount. Further there must be some system so that customers are not harrassed.
