[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Continuous broadband disconnectivity

Inspite of my several complaint from 1st september till 7th september there is no resolution to my problem regarding broadband connectivity.
Rather my complaints are closed automatically without my prior knowledge.
No call backs, no engineer visits are made at my place which is promised over call from customer care end.

please consider my problem as soon as possible.

Updated by Abhishek Santhaliya I am using Reliance service with User Id[protected] and facing problem regarding connectivity due to which i am not able to use broadband in my peak hours of work and suffered heavy loss.
In Spite, of my complaint since 15 days am not provided with waiver due to company's nuisance policy of 72 hours and they close my complaints automatically.
Its a fraudulent policy being followed.
