[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Continuous deduction o[censored]nidentified charges from my mobile number [protected] | |||||
Hi Team, My balance is getting deducted continuously from my mobile number [protected]. It is getting deducted in every 3/4 days, for Rs. 3 each time. Each time it gets deducted, I received message like - 'Amount charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00' It is happening for a long time. For example amount has been deducted on 11/11/2015, 03/11/2015, 29/10/2015, 26/10/2015, 21/10/2015, 16/10/2015, 08/10/2015, 30/09/2015, 25/09/2015, 19/09/2015, 27/08/2015, 21/07/2015, 16/07/2015, 11/07/2015 etc. Amount has been deducted beyond these days as well, but I have messages on these dates about the deduction. When I contacted your customer care executives, they were unable to provide any information or solution for it. Rather they asked me to send a message to 121 typing 'STOP' to stop all the VAS services active in my number. I did the same, but received a reply that no VAS is currently activated in this number. So why my balance is getting deducted? This is really very poor service from reliance. Please provide resolution at the earliest. I have not received any response from reliance customer care after raising complaint. I can easily switch to another operator, but what about the theft done by reliance?
