I need call history of my prepaid number [protected] to be submitted to my official purpose to get reibursement from my company, my company need bill details of outgoing & incomeing
Rcom is a looser now & they are behaving that way too. By their deeds they are spoiling the brand name of Reliance. But nothing is new, this their old style of taking money from people and not returning. No centers, nobody to reply at customer care number. I have recharged my number but the services is still inactive. If you are unable to serve your customers allow them to port. Can somebody help how can we take this matter to TRAI and get ourselves relieved.
