Dear sir I am using reliance netconnect dongle since last1 year and my no is [protected]. postpaid.last month i chang conection postpaid to prepaid in borivali mumbai reliance store.but conection chang reliance netconnect dongle to RIM SIM (how is posibal).and my net speed is slow and i call to call center to complaing to slow net. call center parson tell me is it not dongal is it RIM SIM .than i go to borivali mumbai reliance store i tell this problam to store manager .he mail 2 time to reliance for this mater.but till today my problam is not short out.plz help me for this meeter. i have onlie line business and i have not happy to reliance netconnect.servies. i am wating for posative reply.

Today as per u r officer my dongle problem is short out my RIM SIM convent in dongle but my slow net issue is not soul. in past when I have use post paid dongle slow net problem star in month of may I was complain many time in custemarcare . Custemarcare officer tell me u r problem short out in 90 day. Many times complain custemarcare. RCOM gave discount of my one bill. Till Today dongle problem sort-out as per u r officer but same issue net is to slow I complain u r officer about slow net and officer tell me give me more 90 to 140 days soul slow net. Problem. I ask about slow net problem he tell me truth .in my aria not ganret good revenue (money) that y rcom not consider my slow net complain .I have recoding o[censored] r officer. Voice. And tell today I try net speed test but speed test not possible on my net .becoz till today net is to slow. And company what action given by revenue (money)talk.
