We almost every one should get a msg for recording heard when we dial customer care, such as dial 1 for language dial 2 for so on... Because we need perticular information for that if we have msg stored in our mobile. By simply dialling c. C and desired facility. This request is for saving time and unnecessary delay if we want to talk to customer executive. Also it is very difficult to recall number and destination while traveling or lots of noise around.
