[Resolved] Reliance Communications — customer harassment | |||
This poonam basatiya, complaining for sending inappropriate legal notices messages. Last year i had submitted complaint for Behavior issue of reliance customer care executive nitin, mobile # [protected], of chandigarh zone. I was using reliance dongle in past but some in appropriate charges have been imposed. M very much disappointed to reliance product. I just asking for the fair charges and i m not going to oay any kind o[censored]b necessary charges imposed. Now despite resolving my issue sending me nad threating me for legal actions. It is harassment of your customers and definitely i will not tolerate this. Un necessary policies and charges just making the customers fool. This time i will go for complaint in consumer forum as this is totally not acceptable and taking un necessary amouny from customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
