Very unsatisfactory customer service. My mobile no. [protected] Indrajit Singh. I have request to activate Pack of Rs99/ of internet with Plan of Rs495/- and only Plan has been activated. Why Pack was not been activate and other thing i was extra charged for about Rs150/- in last bill cycle from[protected] to[protected]. And in this current cycle from[protected] i have been charged for Rs48/- unwantedly. Reliance service is very bad. Neither customer care excutive activate or neither they give proper infomation. I am going to break thus sim card. Complaint no in which Pack and Plan request is[protected]. Deduct money from last bill Rs150/- and Rs48 in current cycle and Actuvate plan Jalsa 599/- otherwise i am going to break because all the service are very bad very bad.
