Reliance Communications — cut balance, auto activate VAS and lost my minutes of recent recharge

First my balance of approximately 65.00 INR was cut on 27th or 26th of this month . Then after i had recharge of 68.00 INR in which i got 168 local and std minutes . Today i saw that i don't have any balance. And also saw that a VAS of Rs 3.00 had been activated without any permission and intimation . I want my all money as refund bback
