Reliance Communications — cutting of balance soon after recharge

I had done a recharge of rs. 50 on 30/10/2017 at 09:14.
But the amount was suddenly cut off. I had not subscribed to anything but still the amount of rs. 50 was cut. I had not called anywhere after the recharge was done. A message of confirmation was sent on the mobile phone but, soon after this the amount was cut. This has happened earlier also, every time the customer service people reverse the amount and assure that this won`t happen next time. But still the same thing continues.
