[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Daily cut my balance

I'm very sad because this company is daily cut my balance . All customer care worker not attend my call . They say me sometime later call. So I'm now days very very sadness with this company.plzz solution my problems. I'm always call Reliance's customer care but they not attend my call always and said to me call after 2 hour later but don't learn my problem
