[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data balance cut | |||||
My number is [protected]. I got a message saying i would get 1gb data balance per day for 28 days in rs 93. So I recharged this plan. But in just 5 days my whole data balance has gone, my internet is not working. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank You. I talked to customer care ...they aren't taking care of it. They told me that my data would be given to me today by 14:18 pm, but nothing of such sort happened. I have done the same recharge just previously and it worked fine, but this time my data finished within 5 days, please look into this matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
