I recharged my no. [protected] on March 25th, 2016 for Rs. 1298. According to reliance website(snapshot attached), one would get 15GB data with 28 days validity on the recharge of 1298. But after the recharge I got only 10 GB. The customer care executive from 198 helpline told me that the remaining 5 GB will be credited after sometime. But today(26/3/2016) when I called the 198 helpline they told me that 1298 recharge is for 10 GB data only. Then I got my complaint registered, but when I asked for complaint number I was told that I will get it on my mobile number but I haven't received any complaint number yet. Reliance website and USSD codes both show 15 GB data in this recharge. So, there is no mistake on my part as the official website clearly states it 15GB & crediting only 10GB is a kind of cheating that is done on rcom's part. I expect rcom people to look into this matter immediately. I will pursue it to the end.
