Reliance Communications — data card account closure

I was using reliance data card dongle (Model : zte wd670) & my relationship no.[protected] and data card service no is [protected] on 04/12/2017 while i traveling i lost my dongle & i am not able to use my connection. I tryed to register complaint regarding this in customer care but i am not able to contact them, as well as i wants raise complaint in reliance communication ltd., nungambakkam road office, (7th december 2017) the office seams closed. Hence i am request to close data card account of my relationship no.[protected] and data card service no is [protected].
