Data card #[protected] My data card card plan has been change without my knowledge and without any intimation. Customer care is not responding to my call they are disconnecting my call. I am mentally very disappointed and cant able to concentrate on my works. My plan is 999 for 40 gb unlimited and bill came for rs 5044. I am just a common man and cannot able to pay this much amount that you have charged your own without my info. I write to customer care and after nodal officer regarding this issue there is no reply. Customer care executive told me that reliance communication had the right to change there customers plan by time to time. Beware of reliance communication. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling their customer care (Call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number. Fraud management, fraud cutomercare.. Total fraud company. I am going to expose this fraud through media.
