[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Data card

I am using data card ([protected]) [Relationship Number :[protected]]. I was told to change to 4G by buying new device and my 3G services are cut by July last week of this year. I called customer care in the mid of August to request for cancellation of my data card. They asked me to send email to the customer care mail id [protected]@relianceada.com. But I did not get any proper response. I have sent mails in the last week of August and first week of September and there was no reply and now i got a message saying need to pay bill for August and September for which my 3G services are not working and i did not consume even 1KB of data. Now if i call customer care number they are saying i cannot cancel through mail and i need to do so by calling them. After long argument asked them to close the plan and asked how much to pay. They said they cannot close now. I need to pay two months pending amount then i have to place fresh request and pay again for cancellation. This is too much asking to pay for two months without providing service and also asking to pay for cancellation. Kindly cancel my plan at the earliest.

I got a call from customer care. I said i dont know Hindi. But still the person was talking Hindi with little English in between. Then the call got disconnected and I did not get a call back. Please help me to sort out this issue.
