Dear sirs,
My data card was not working from july and i have raised numerous complaints on 21/7/2016, 8th sept 2016 and sept 21st sept 2016. The last mail was returned undelivered to me saying: router. Database disk quota exceeded. You have not bothered to reply or even acknowledge my mails. So many times i have visited your franchaisees at porur and they have failed to give me a 4g connection. Inspite of the knowledge that without 4g the data card will not work, you were going on raising the bills for non working of the data card. At last i made a complaint on 23/9/2016 under complaint no.[protected] for permenant disconnection. I have so far not received any communication from you towards permenant disconnection. At this juncture you have raised another bill no.[protected] for the period from[protected] to[protected] for 1137/- for which i am forced pay to your agent ace business under receipt no. 27625 dt[protected], after you threaten me to issue an advocate notice by sms. All the facts shows that you are not update in the customer care services and the aim is to harass people. Being a senior citizen of over 70 years i am forced to suffer a lot of mental agony between july and upto now.
I do not expect any reply or acknowledgement of this mail. If you are really at customer service satisfaction, you should return me the payment of rs. 1137/- being charged for non working of the above data card.
