Dear team, On behalf of 4g migration from your end, the broadband connection was completely down from july 2nd 2016 till july 23rd 2016 and we are unable to get connected online. Therefore cancel the charges accordingly and provide the revised bill to make payment. I am not willing to pay for the reliance company holidays. The usage of mine is nearly 13gb of 25gb which is rs999. So provide me 50% discount on the bill which i suppose to pay since the network is also down for past 3weeks.
