Reliance Communications — data connection not working

My phone number is [protected].

Since last week, the data connection is not getting connected.

I am unable to reach the customer care through phone also.

Same was the problem during last month and a complaint was submitted after which, the data connection was got.

Again same problem.

Pl. Look into it and resolve on permanent basis so that the problem does not reoccur.
