[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — deactivation of net pack & deduction of balance

Sir on 24 july 2017 i recharge my prepaid no. [protected] with rs.89 net pack, which is valid for 28 days with 10 gb data,, after that i am not getting the benefits and mean while the main balance from my account is also deducted. As i am trying to approch customer care its not working at all.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and contact me on the above said number as its an emergency othrwise i will port out from your network.
