I have recharge my talk time with 110 on 1st september and got extra talk time also. Within 4 days i got message my main balance as zero, when i have not made enough calls to end up with zero balance. When i call them first of all they didn't pick calls for first 2times. I have waited for half an hour each. 3rd time one guy pick up the call and ask me to call after 5min. When i ask him why my balance got deducted he spoke with a high voice. They don't have attest a courtesy how to speak to a lady. This is the most poor connection i have ever used.
