[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduct my main balance

Hi, I am facing so many problem in RELIANCE Telecommunication. in 13th December deduct my main balance around 90 rupees. I am giving so many times complain to customer care but they didn't helping me.Yesterday also I am recharge 22 rupees. The all balance getting in Promo. But I am not able to use the promo balance. If it is the company policy not to make use the promo balance while roaming then they should scrap the system of promo balance altogether for roaming numbers and should only provide the main balance on recharge.
